Germany is doing research – but unfortunately too little. Only less than 1 % of German companies are devoted in active research. Those same companies provide new features, innovation and inspiration. With their focus on growth and innovation they play a critical role in the German economy. The „Stifterverband für die deutsche Wirtschaft“ is one of the largest privately run sponsor of our country. The business community is constantly on the lookout for companies that invest in R&D thus having an impact on Germany’s future viability and sustainability. 

On behalf of the the Federal Ministry of Education and Research the Stifterverband regularly collects data and analyzes businesses as a basis for assessing the German innovation system’s potential and performances. 

Companies with a commitment to excellence and determination in R&D receive a seal of approval. Each year ISATEC invests more than 10 % of sales in research and development to advise their customers with up to date knowledge.
